Our focus is exclusively on the unique challenges of technical leadership. Our mentors are seasoned CTOs, not generalist coaches. We understand your challenges and the specific pressures of the role.
Yes, we sign NDAs. We understand that leadership can be isolating. We provide a confidential, non-judgmental sounding board so you have the space to be vulnerable and freely explore ideas.
The minimum engagement is one hour per week for 3 months.
